I felt very at ease. Both Angie and Sohoab were kind, empathetic, knowledgeable. I was not sure what to expect from the meeting but was very hapy with the outputs from the meeting and felt it was extremely valuable.

Very nice lady who came round, good way of simply telling my dad the plan.
